In the last few months, we've developed several software enhancements and continue to roll out updates daily. Here's a look at some of the recent changes you might have noticed.
Timesheet Import Enhancements
We’ve updated our Timesheet Import page to allow easier use for our users. This includes the ability for users to use FoxHire’s standard template for importing or for users to create their own templates based on where they get their hours and using that custom template to import time for employees each week.
Add Scheduled Payments to Recruiter Portal Permissions
Agency owners have the ability to allow other users in their firm to submit payments for workers using our Scheduled Payments tool. They can assign this via the permission section of our Manage Users page.
Add Pay Date and Submitted Date of Scheduled Payments to Invoices
We’ve made it easier for our customers to schedule payments for their workers using our Scheduled Payments tool. We’ve updated our invoices to reflect the date these payments are submitted and paid to employees. This helps our clients match invoice amounts to the payments to ensure quicker paying of invoices.
Add Things You Should Know Notice to Send FoxHire Contract Agreement Page
We added a section to our Client Approval Process page titled Things You Should Know to help our users understand key milestones within the client approval process.
HR Logics Employment Verification Partnership
We are excited to announce a partnership with HRlogics to help handle employment verifications. Add Healthcare State License to Rules
We’ve automated the process of assigning Healthcare Licenses to healthcare workers, making it easier to manage licensing requirements. This helps maintain compliance with industry regulations and ensures that workers are properly credentialed.
Add E-Sign to Client Portal Contracts
All of the contracts that we send to clients now have electronic signature capability. This will make the contract signing process easier for our users.
Automatic Daily OIG Checks
Instead of manually checking the OIG exclusion list with each new worker, we’ve automated our OIG checks to run daily verify healthcare workers. This supports our efforts in remaining compliant by ensuring that your staff meets the necessary regulatory standards each day.
