Reminder Emails for Unsubmitted Timesheet Imports
Our proprietary timekeeping system allows us to customize timekeeping options to each of our workers and their assignments. On occasion we allow users to import timekeeping data from another system into ours. We have incorporated our timesheet reminder notifications into this process so that users are reminded to import their time data each week. This helps keep payroll on track and on time for all of our workers.
Timesheet Approver Email Updates
We’ve updated our standards timesheet approver instruction emails to make them more customized for each of our placements. This helps provide the information that is crucial for timesheets to be approved on time. It also co-brands with our customers to ensure a smooth process for workers starting an assignment.
Client Contract Request Task for New Placements
We issue a standard FoxHire CSA to each client and then Placement Specific Addendum with each placement submitted to us. We’ve updated this process to request a placement addendum from our clients with whom we sign their agreement. This will help protect all parties involved contractually.
