CB Partners is an established recruiting agency based in the Denver, CO area. Founded by Cory Baker, CB Partners has grown consistently year over year since its inception in 2019. Cory and his team focus on recruiting in the accounting and finance, organizational support, and supply chain niches. With offices in Colorado, Chicago, and Kansas City, CB Partners reaches clients across the country.

Building their Contract Staffing Business

Cory identified the benefits of offering contract staffing quickly, and partnered with FoxHire in 2019 to help him build up his contract staffing arm. Without the infrastructure and funding necessary to establish entities in all 50 states, or secure nationwide insurance coverage, Cory saw FoxHire as the ideal solution.

The Company’s Goal

Cory’s goal was to steadily build recurring revenue through contract staffing services. This would allow Cory and his team to supplement their direct hire business, and enable them to bring different solutions to market for their clients.

The Company’s Solution

After initially partnering with a competing EOR service, Cory identified that FoxHire delivered a better experience through its EOR platform and decided to move forward with FoxHire. Since then CB Partners has grown its contract workforce considerably with contract resources working at a variety of clients all over the United States. Cory and team have placed hundreds of contract workers in a variety of positions such as  Accountants, Managers, AP professionals, Customer Support, Data Entry, Operations, and more.
