Users can opt out of direct communications (emails, phone calls, etc.) from us at any time.

  • Service providers: We engage trusted third-party service providers to assist us in delivering our services and performing related tasks, such as payment processing, background checks and healthcare screenings.

Our systems reside on a secure server that encrypts your personal and employment information using Secure Socket Layers. You can verify that your information is on our secure server by looking for two things: (1) the padlock icon in the bottom status bar of your browser, and (2) the “s” after “http” in the address line in your browser. You may only access the system by a unique Email Address and Password. Employees who are using FoxHire’s products will only have access to their own information; and, Clients will only have access to their own company information, and information pertaining to their own Contractors.

After we receive your information, we safeguard the data with both physical and digital security measures.

Sales of Personal Information

We have never sold personal information, and we do not intend to do so in the future.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
