Mark DemareeFor the new few weeks, I’ll be writing a series of articles about the third quarter statistics for FoxHire Network in The Pinnacle blog.  One of the things that recruiters always want to know when it comes to the stats is where Preferred Members are making placements. With that in mind, I’d like to present those numbers this week, and then delve into some of the other numbers in future blog posts.

Most active disciplines in terms of placements:

Manufacturing—24%
Information Technology—21%
Healthcare—12%
Engineering—11%
Sales—9%
Accounting/Finance—8%

As you can see, Manufacturing and IT, always staples of the Network, still constitute the majority of placements made through FoxHire.

Most job orders by discipline:

Healthcare—20%
Engineering—15%
Information Technology—11%
Accounting/Finance—10%
Manufacturing—10%
Sales—9%

Once again, there are more Healthcare job orders in the system, but the percentage isn’t as large as in years past. As you can see, the job orders are spread out much more among the disciplines.

Most candidates by discipline:

Manufacturing—31%
Engineering—25%
Sales—22%
Accounting/Finance—12%
Information Technology—12%
Human Resources—7%

Not surprisingly, Manufacturing and Engineering candidates once again constitute the majority of candidates in FoxHire Network. One surprise: Sales is third at 22%.
