The Myth: Contract staffing is so different from direct (perm) placements that it requires different skills.

The Truth: The only real difference between direct and contract placements are the administrative tasks associated with employing the candidate. If you are working with a contract staffing services provider, such as FoxHire, they will handle all of those administrative details, so the only thing you may have to do above and beyond your normal recruiting duties is complete setup forms so that the contract staffing services provider has the information they need to employ the contractor.
