Contract staffing will be one the four main tracks featured at the 2010 National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) Conference to be held Wednesday, September 29, through Saturday, October 2, at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch in St. Louis, Mo. The theme of the conference is “The NAPS Express to Success.”

FoxHire President Debbie Fledderjohann will present “Companies Want Flexibility – Can You Provide It?” Flexibility has become a top initiative as companies regroup during this economic recovery and plan for the future. Companies still have projects, goals, and deadlines that must be met, in addition to forecasting their talent management needs. One of the key elements of both current and future talent management is the flexibility that comes with contract staffing.

Fledderjohann’s session will cover client trends, comparison data between direct-hire and contract staffing, and feedback from the candidate’s perspective. It will also address “why” a recruiter should consider contract staffing and “how” to get started.

FoxHire will also serve as a sponsor for the event. For more information and to register for the conference, visit NAPS Annual Conference Web page.
